Woundpad is a solution which provides functionality to support community teams treating complex wounds. The software is primarily an operational tool designed to make the working life of community nurses and secondary care staff easier and to deliver the best wound management care to patients as simply and efficiently as possible. We anticipate that users will be able to better prioritise which patients to visit when, focusing their efforts on the most in need cases and reducing travel time and cost for patients and/or staff alike.
