European Haemophilia Adverse Events Surveillance System
Covering over sixty sites in western and eastern Europe including a red alert warning service and European Haemophilia Centre locator (250 sites). Supported by Pharma and EU funding
Implementation of Registries in Developing Countries Worldwide
To support development of care for Haemophilia patients in developing countries (Pakistan, Uzbekistan, Iraq, Macedonia etc.). Supported by Novo Haemophilia Foundation.
International Immune Tolerance Induction Study
Randomized web-based study looking at causative factors of inhibitors in Haemophilia. The study is running in 29 Countries worldwide and is the largest study of its kind ever.
National Haemoglobinopathy Registry (NHR)
Department of Health supported National Registry covering treatment centres throughout England working towards improved management and patient care for the Haemoglobinopathy service
National Immunoglobulin (IVIG) Demand Management
Working with Deloitte, DOH, Commissioners and over 180 Trusts on UK-wide prescribing control and management of Immunoglobulin products
National Haemophilia Registry
Working with DOH, UKHCDO, Commissioners and 90 Trusts to implement the World’s largest Haemophilia managed network including audit of the £200 million per annum treatment costs
National vCJD & Hep C Surveillance
Working with HPA, UKHCDO and Trusts to track and identify implicated products and patients, with vCJD & HEP C risk analysis
